Demi Lovato Suits up for L.A. Gay Pride Parade: Watch

Demi Lovato took West Hollywood by storm on Sunday as the Grand Marshal of this year’s L.A. Gay Pride Parade.

The 21-year-old “Heart Attack” singer was the life of the party as she performed aboard a float that was pulled through 400,000 attendees.

The float was definitely an eye-catcher, complete with a dozen dancers dressed in blue, pink, black, and gold bodysuits, rainbow flags, and a sign that read “Really Don’t Care,” the same name as the song she performed for the crowd.

For the big event, Demi was dressed in a pair of studded pants with a white dress shirt and tie, and the songstress also donned her latest hair style, rocking a half-shaved head with blue and purple streaks.

“I have been an active advocate of the LGBT community and am wholly committed to supporting individuality and being comfortable in one’s own skin,” said Demi in a statement,“I am thrilled to be a part of both events as they are a wonderful celebration of independence and self-confidence.”

The pop singer also took to her Twitter to show her support.

Demi recently announced her world tour, The Demi: World Tour, which will begin in Newark, New Jersey on October 25.
