Britney Spears‘ “Womanizer” clearly is timeless!

Scott Bradlee‘s Postmodern Jukebox, the band responsible for throwback covers of Kesha and Pitbull‘s “Timber“, Miley Cyrus‘ “We Can’t Stop,” and Katy Perry‘s “Dark Horse,” has done it once again, this time with a 1940s-tinged rendition of the pop star’s 2008 hit.

“The lyrics of the Britney Spears classic ‘Womanizer’ always sounded as though they could’ve been sung by Peggy Lee in a smoky lounge, so I brought the always amazing Cristina Gatti in to show us how it’s done,” Scott writes on YouTube.
