Vin Diesel Shows off ’80s Breakdance Moves on ‘Fallon': Watch
Vin Diesel, who revealed his passion for karaoke by covering Rihanna‘s “Stay,” got down to Katy Perry‘s “Dark Horse” and Beyoncé‘s “Drunk In Love” in January and made the world aware that he is a triple threat.
The action star stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Wednesday to promote his new film, Guardians of the Galaxy, and even opened up about his pre-fame dance gig.
“We were breakdancing in the ’80s and we used to breakdance,” said Vin, who was a member of a dance crew called, The Ultimate Two. “We were pretty cool, like Beat Street.”
After being persistently pressured to bust a move by the host — who was doing the robot and the arm wave — Vin top-rocked onstage while The Roots played Sugarhill Gang‘s “Jump On It.”
This stint serves as the 47-year-old’s second viral moment of the week. On Thursday, the Fast and Furious actor trended after covering Sam Smith‘s love ballad, “Stay With Me,” on Capital FM.
Guardians of the Galaxy is in theaters now!
