On-Air with Ryan Seacrest Is Seeking Interns for Fall

The On-Air with Ryan Seacrest radio show is looking for college students with strong writing/blogging skills and an innate understanding obsession with pop culture, specifically as it relates to social media.

Seeking multitaskers and proactive thinkers with good online research skills. Must be able to keep up in the fast paced environment of a live radio show.

Duties include (but are not limited to) website content management, video content development, blog writing, celebrity guest research, social networking maintenance, red carpet coverage.

Strong writing, HTML, graphic design, video shooting/editing, on-camera hosting skills are plusses.

Must be familiar with the following websites: Facebook.com, Myspace.com, Twitter.com, YouTube.com, Digg.com, Bing.com, JustJared.com, PerezHilton.com, TMZ.com, Gawker.com, CNN.com, Mashable.com,  WireImage.com, People.com, UsMagazine.com, RyanSeacrest.com.

Must have Twitter and Facebook accounts with an understanding of how both platforms operate and interact with popular culture.

Preferred majors include anything under the umbrellas of film, radio, television, web and public relations/marketing.

Candidates must be Los Angeles based - San Fernando Valley or Westside preferred. Must be an early riser with reliable transportation. Internship will be held at E! Entertainment on the Miracle Mile.

Must be eligible to receive school credit.
