How cute is this! Saturday night, Ryan took his mom, dad and his 86 year-old grandmother out to dinner at Madeo in West Hollywood.

Hollywood.tv caught the Seacrest family on their way in and way out in the video above.

Aww..this is SO cute!! That must be quite annoying walkin' in and havin' cameras flash comin' at you from every angle. Ryan's grandma looks really good to be 86. He's got a beautiful family.
