Louboutin Brings Back Champagne’s Most Extravagant Ritual

Drinking champagne out of your woman’s shoe is the grandest form of gesture (coming close to maybe sharing the same toothbrush), a tradition dating back to the 1880s in France. Piper Heidsieck and Christian Louboutin are reviving the tradition with Le Rituel, a collaboration that includes a bottle of champagne and a red-soled Louboutin glass stiletto.

We think this is fabulous, champagne and Christian Louboutin are an exquisite pair!
