"Sex and the City 2" Is Looking For A Few Good Socialites

The Carrie Bradshaw lifestyle most women pine for day and night may not be as distant as they think - for a couple hours at least.

Casting directors for New Line Cinema's "Sex and the City 2" are holding an open casting call for extras on Tuesday, August 4th, in an apparent effort to pad the film with as many authentic fashionistas as they can weed out of the guaranteed masses that will show up next week.

The call sheet doesn't delve deep into the content of the scenes they're casting for, however we do know they're on the hunt for “international types, professional soccer players, fashion models, urban club goers, gays and lesbians, celebrity types, upscale socialites.”
