Aftermath of Leona Lewis Incident Caught on Tape

Everyone is asking why, a day after 24-year-old British singing sensation Leona Lewis was assaulted while at a signing for her new book "Dreams" in London.

Leona didn’t require hospital treatment, but she was seen leaving the event crying, with sunglasses covering her face.

“Leona was the victim of an unprovoked attack this afternoon at her book signing,” her spokesperson told JustJared.com. “The police were called immediately and medical attention has been sought. Leona is understandably shaken and apologizes to the fans she was unable to meet and complete signings.”
