America's Got Talent judge Piers Morgan stopped by Ryan's radio show Monday to talk about the rise of standout contestant Susan Boyle.

Piers denied rumors that Susan Boyle was "planted" in the singing competition.  "We knew nothing," he said.  When Susan Boyle, 48 stepped on stage for her first audition in front of the judges, they couldn't help but brush her off.  "We're all thinking 'this is going to be utterly horrific' and then she started to sing and literally within two seconds I looked at Simon and we knew it was going to be one of those moments you wouldn't forget."  That it certainly was.

He told Ryan that he thinks "the American show is going to be pretty big this year."  His biggest question? "Can America deliver its own version of Susan Boyle?"  We'll take that challenge, Piers.
