"Not My Fault" opposes Brown's latest courtroom plea of "guilty." Chris left the courtroom Monday, June 22nd slapped with probation, community service and domestic-violence counseling after pleading guilty to one felony count of assault after beating his former girlfriend Rihanna.
The singer will serve 180 days hard labor, enroll in domestic-violence counseling for one year, will be placed on probation for five years - but at least he escaped jail time. According to his defense lawyer Mark Geragos, Brown will be allowed to perform his community service hours in Virginia, his home state.
UPDATE:
Late Tuesday night, Brown's record company released a statement saying that the leaked songs are not legitimate releases.
"Countering misleading reports of 'new' Chris Brown music: there are no 'new' songs from Chris Brown currently being promoted by Chris or his record label," stated a Jive Records representative, "There are several old demos circulating that are being falsely promoted as new material from Chris."
Well, in that case, in with the old!
