DJ AM Helps Drug Addicts in MTV Documentary

In a trailer for the late DJ AM's drug documentary, Gone Too Far, the star -- who died of an accidental drug overdose at the age of 36 in August -- comes face to face with the very demons he spent his adult life struggling to avoid.

MTV's series of eight one-hour episodes premieres Monday night at 10 p.m. EST., and in a preview clip (watch above), a voiceover states that DJ AM (real name: Adam Goldstein) "gave eight addicts the one chance they needed to change their lives."
