Idol Producers Seek Fix for Dirty Phone Problem

With hours until American Idol goes live, Ryan was alarmed to learn that voting number 1-866-IDOLS-13 is a direct line to a phone sex service.

In last week's wildcard results show, the judges surprised viewers by choosing 13 finalists instead of the expected 12, but Idol only owns 1-866-IDOLS-01 through 12. We then learned 00 and 13 are both run by a phone sex service.
