Octomom Tells Beauty Queen Where Babies Come From

If anyone knows where babies come from, it's Nadya Suleman.

Dubbed "Octomom," the mother of fourteen has become internationally famous (or infamous) for knowing all about babies, the various ways they're made, and especially how they are delivered.

On Jimmy Kimmel Live, Octomom was in true form as she helped a special guest get more familiar with little ones.

Getting "the talk" from Octomom was former "Miss South Carolina Teen USA" Caitlin Upton.

So where do babies come from?

"Most babies tend to come from a mom and dad when they're engaging in natural procreation – sex!" says Suleman.

"I didn't do that."
