Ryan and Staff Struggle To Stay On Task Day Before Oscars [VIDEOS]

It's Hollywood's biggest night, and with that comes the added pressure for the team at E! to get every miniscule detail correst beyond question.

The day before all major red carpets, Ryan and team will do a dress rehearsal of sorts to familiar themselves with the limited space on the carpet they'll be working with in addition to solving audio, video and teleprompter issues.

Another extremely important task to complete before any major red carpet is the homework. Ryan must be reasonably familiar with every single celebrity he may interview on the red carpet including nominees and non-nominees.
