Former Dallas Cowboys football player, Terrell Owens dropped by Ryan's radio show Wednesay to talk about getting dropped from the team and his new reality show on VH1.

LISTEN | Terrell Owens Has No Regrets

Owens, standing at 6'3 in shades and a fedora, towered over Ryan as he told him how astonished he was to be let go from the team he had committed so much to.  He shared that he still doesn't know the reasoning behind why he was dropped from the Dallas Cowboys, and believes he'll never live down the "bad guy" image because of it.

"We had the meeting and we thought it was going to be something productive about the up-coming reason," Owens said of the break up. "Jerry [Jones, Cowboy's owner] said, we've got to part ways...he said my personality was to big for the Cowboys." He maintains there was no incident to propell the break up.

He revealed that after being let go from the team, he texted his former teammate and friend, Tony Romo, that he was "no longer a Cowboy," and to this day has never received a text back. When Ryan asked him about Romo breaking things off with Jessica Simpson, he commented, "I thought they would've been together long enough to tie the knot." So did we!

Owens has bounced back and is now a wide receiver for the Buffalo Bills.  He also has a new reality show on VH1, which has been in the works for five years now.  "What we have is very authentic and it shows me," he said of the show, "when I'm away from the football field I'm just a normal guy." T.O.'s sassy publicists, Mo and Quita, who met him at a Superbowl in Tampa, Florida ten years ago, are also on the show. They mentioned that they're important to Terrell because they're not afraid to say no and are "looking out for his best interests."

The T.O. Show
airs Mondays at 10/9c on VH1.
