ShamWow pitchman Vince Shlomi and a prostitute were arrested for felony battery charges last month after one of the weirdest battery cases we’ve ever heard.

As he was kissing a prostitute whom he brought back to his hotel room in Miami Beach, “she bit his tongue and would not let go” according to cops. “Shlomi punched her several times until she released his tongue.”

Both were busted, but prosecutors dropped the case.

No word from ShamWow if Shlomi will continue to be its spokesperson.
